Maija Tammi

ARS NOVA
17.4.2026–13.9.2026

In her exhibition opening at Ars Nova in spring 2026, visual artist Maija Tammi examines empathy through two installations. The exhibition follows two animal characters, Hulda and Lilli, and through their stories, the viewers are encouraged to reflect on their own emotional reactions and to challenge their ways of thinking. One must choose between two paths with different perspectives. Who or what does one empathise with?
