The Night of the Arts will be held at our museum on Thursday 15.8. from 6 pm to 10 pm. The museum, museum shop and Café Pegasus are open until 10 pm.
Museum tickets at half price from 6 pm to 10 pm. The evening includes a film screening by Luis Macias and a solo concert by Topias Tiheäsalo at the Well Square of the Archaeological Museum, Aboa Vetus. The evening’s program is included in the ticket price.

Topias Tiheäsalo: So(o)lo concert
Topias Tiheäsalo is a Turku-based guitarist specializing in improvised and experimental music. He will play a short solo concert as a prelude to Macias’s filmic performance using an electric guitar and small objects.

Luis Macias (1976, Barcelona) is an artist, filmmaker and image composer. Macias focuses on experimental film and practices of analog image. His works in film (Super 8, 16mm, 35mm and video format) are composed for projectionscreening, performance or installation. His films and pieces of expanded cinema have been shown in prestigious film, art and music festivals as well as art centers, museums and alternative spaces around the world.
Your eyes are spectral machines is a film program presented by filmmaker Luis Macias about the exploration, manipulation and variation of an image or its absence.
